More than 40% of global luxury goods production takes place in Italy. Thus, we cannot imagine a better place to start perfecting one’s expertise in the field, but Italy, where the new trends in managing and innovating the world of Luxury find their highest expression in the fields of Fashion, Food, and Furniture - the 3Fs of Italian Luxury Excellence.

Moreover, protecting and supporting the luxury firms’ production partners to prevent luxury ecosystems from disappearing is a major concern, thoroughly addressed by the 3Fs of Luxury program. The course aims to deliver an in-depth analysis of the new trends of each one of the three pillars of the luxury industry, focusing on business models and best-emerging practices. Similarities and differences among the businesses will also be highlighted, to investigate the evolution of the Luxury industry.

Obiettivi

THE AIM

In the past years, the world of luxury - partly because of the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic - has undergone significant and radical changes. Consequently, even the professionals who are employed in the field are required to acquire new and specific skills and become capable of identifying new trends while, at the same time, creating value within the different sectors that make it up.

The purpose of this program is precisely that of training professionals in the field of luxury, and helping them enhance their skills, abilities, and sensitivities in a rapidly changing environment.

As a participant, you will be able to learn from carefully selected case studies in the 3Fs of Luxury - Fashion, Food, and Furniture - and discover the unique opportunities to transfer this knowledge, know-how, and best practices to other related industries as well.

Programma

MAIN PROGRAM

The cycle of lessons is divided into 6 Teaching Units (TU):
Two Teaching Units are dedicated to each of the businesses selected within the 3Fs: Fashion, Food, and Furniture.

The Teaching Units are composed of:

  • Face-to-face lessons, delivered both in-person and/or via streaming
  • Online conversational classes
  • Masterclasses by industry experts
  • Audiovisual content to be accessed asynchronously

At the end of each thematic Teaching Unit, the program also includes a company visit to foster participants understanding and grasp of the practical aspects that characterize each sector.

Program formulas:

A) Formula "In Presence Plus"
Full program option (around 50 hours), which includes:

  • 3 days of company visits (1 per industry).
  • Introduction and 6 face-to-face lectures with both in-presence and streaming options
  • 6 Masterclasses with the possibility of both in-person and streaming enjoyment - 6 hours total
  • 6 Online conversations - 6 hours total
  • 6 Audiovisual specialized seminars on Demand - 3 hours total
  • Possibility to enjoy the different recorded contents in asynchronous mode

B) Formula "In-Presence or Streaming"
Option that does not include company visits but also with the flexibility to take advantage of program content either in attendance or streaming (around 30 hours), it includes:

  • Introduction and 6 face-to-face lectures with both in-presence and streaming options.
  • 6 Masterclasses with the possibility of both in-person and streaming enjoyment - 6 hours total
  • 6 Online conversations - 6 hours total
  • 6 Audiovisual specialized seminars on Demand - 3 hours total

C) Formula "In-Presence Light"

Option designed for those interested in delving into a specific topic within luxury for exemple only Food (around 18 hours), it includes:

  • 1 company visit.
  • Introduction and 2 face-to-face lectures with both in-presence and streaming options.
  • 2 Masterclasses with the possibility of both in-person and streaming enjoyment - 2 hours total
  • 2 Online conversations - 2 hours total
  • 2 Audiovisual specialized seminars on Demand - 1 hour total

On-Demand
This version of the program is usable in a fully asynchronous mode, accessible once the in-person program has been completed. This formula includes:

  • The entirety of the recorded educational content of the program, not including the company visits (approximately 30 hours total)
